These are skill-specific clinics to help athletes progress based on their current skill sets. Please take note of skill pre-requisites for each.
If you're not sure of which one(s) are the best fit for you, please contact us! Happy to help you choose correctly! Term to term, we'll keep monitoring what our athletes need and try to make courses to suit.
Coaches: Jamie & Arielle
Adv. Walkovers & BHS drills: Strength, Technique and progress towards getting a BHS on the floor. Designed for athletes who have not yet achieved a powerful standing BHS on the floor on their own but are working towards it. Should have comfortable advanced level 1 tumble including FWO and BWO on the floor. Sundays 11.15am
Improving Back Handsprings and more: Working BHS and more. Designed for athletes who can perform a quality/strong standing BHS on the floor on their own (pre-requisite) but want to work on technique, connections and upgrades. Sundays 11.15am
Elite Tumble Development: tucks, lays, whips, fulls, 1.5, step outs, doubles etc. Athletes must have ROBHSTuck minimum on floor. Sundays 12.15pm
We recommend coming in a little early (approx 10 mins) to settle in so the class can start promptly! Please be sure to put these in your diaries as some of the dates are quite far away still.
