What’s happening:

• Flex – Learn stretches and drills to safely improve your flexibility for stunts, tumbling, and jumps.

• Jumps– Build power, height, and technique to make your jumps sharper and stronger than ever.

This is a special opportunity to train with a highly experienced athlete and really help improve your technique, so don’t miss out.
