End of Year Gala

OSA END OF YEAR GALA!

You’re invited to celebrate an incredible season at our End of Year Gala Night – a special evening for all our athletes & their families! 

Where: Plant 3 Bowden
When December 7
Time: 5.30 - 8.30pm
Theme: Casual cocktail dress - in your favourite pastel colours!

Athlete VIP Experience (Upstairs):
All athletes will enjoy an exclusive catered (food and drinks) VIP area with their teammates & coaches – a chance to celebrate their hard work, friendships, and achievements for the season! 

Family & Friends Seating:
Parents, non-athlete siblings & guests will have reserved tables to enjoy the evening together downstairs. Meals, snacks & drinks will be available for purchase so you can dine and relax while supporting your athletes! (Pizza, Mexican & more). 

Parent & friends tickets include 1x drink token on arrival.

[Please note: We want all athletes and families to enjoy a safe, fun and healthy event. There is to be no alcohol upstairs in the athlete area, regardless of if you are 18+. If families choose to enjoy a celebratory drink, please do so responsibly. Your behaviour sets the tone for our community and we appreciate your support in keeping the environment safe and respectful for all during our Gala.]

Plant 3 is also connected to a beautiful park and playground, the perfect spot to stretch their legs and burn some energy and get pics together outside!

Tickets are also cheaper for friends and family this way so more of you can join us to celebrate. 

We'll invite family and friends upstairs to join us for the awards portion of the night! There's also heaps of opportunities for photos & family time together with your athletes :)
