Adelaide All Star Cheerleading is South Australia’s own competitive All Star cheerleading club. We develop cheer athletes from a young age, focusing on safety, strength and technique to prepare them to compete to their best ability.

 

All Star, competitive cheerleading is a unique blend of stunting, tumbling, tosses and dance, recognisable from the ‘Bring it on’ movies and the ESPN Sport. It is an increasingly popular and developing sport within Australia and on the international scene.

Adelaide once again appears to be a few years behind the rest of Australia, as the sport has exploded onto the Australian scene, with over 1200 participants at the 2009 AASCF Nationals!
