Adelaide All Star Cheerleading is South Australia’s own competitive All Star cheerleading club. We develop cheer athletes from a young age, focusing on safety, strength and technique to prepare them to compete to their best ability. 

All Star, competitive cheerleading is a unique blend of stunting, tumbling, tosses and dance, recognisable from the ‘Bring it on’ movies and the ESPN Sport. It is an increasingly popular and developing team sport within Australia and on the international scene.

 Cheerleading in Adelaide is still in its early stages with clubs so far originating from dance squads. Our club's point of difference is that we have developed with a direct focus on training cheer athletes, we look forward to becoming a nationally recognised elite club over the next couple of years!
